This video was created during the construction of 1 Manhattan West, for the purpose of pre-leasing tenant space - meanwhile the building was still under construction and floor didn’t even exist. Here, we showcase three Interior Design aesthetics, to address various preferences for tenant build-outs:

The Client received the Animation Walk-thru video for each of the three designs, and High Resolution 3D Renderings for all areas developed.
